1. Akismet – To prevent spam messages
I know every WP blog is using this plugin. If you’re not, start using it now. The best plugin to stop spam comments from your blog posts.
It’s not only important to get more comments, but it also important to make sure you don’t have any spam comments on your blog! So far Akismet has been protected my blog from thousands of spam comments.

2. All in One SEO Pack – Automatically optimizes your content for Search engines
If you’re new blogger then this plugin is a must for your blog. It will automatically adds meta keywords and title tags to your content to better rank in search engines!

3. Contact Form 7 – Professional contact form
Have you seen any blog without contact page?
How horrible it would be to engage with readers or customers without having a contact form in your blog? Here comes a great plugin to help you to create a simple and professional contact form to your blog.
4. Dynamic To Top – Makes your readers navigation comfortable
Adds an automatic and dynamic “To Top” button to easily scroll long pages back to the top.
I think this the best plugin if you write lengthy posts too often. It makes your readers to navigate to the top of your blog without scrolling up!
5. Google Analytics for WordPress – Enables google analytics on all pages

Ileane Smith of BasicBlogTips recommended this WordPress plugin to me. I know about this plugin already but I didn’t use because I didn’t know it’s significance before!
8. LinkWithin – Display related posts under the blog posts
The lightest related post thumbnail ever in WordPress! If you want to use related post thumbnail posts at the bottom of your posts, I’d recommend this. It won’t consume much time to load.
9. Most Popular Posts – Show off your blog assets!
This plugin displays the top commented posts on your blog. You know what? You can certainly decrease your bounce rate if you use popular blog posts on your sidebar! So, use this plugin to show your visitors your quality content.
This plugin creates a list of links to the top posts on your blog according to the number of comments on the post.
10. Sharebar – Let your readers share your content
Social sharing buttons are vital to make your blog content go viral, isn’t it?
Here is a better to do that perfectly.
It contains buttons to popular social networking sites like facebook, twitter, Google+ etc.

14. WP Comment Auto Responder – Remind your commentators through emails when their comments got reply!
For example, if a reader commented on your blog asking a question/doubt. Even if you reply, how can that reader know that he got a response from you? There’ll be no problem if he/she visits your blog often. If not?
This is where you need to use this plugin which sends automatic emails when your readers leave comments(to remind when their comments got a reply).
15. Database(occasionally) – A must have plugin for every blog
How can I end up without mentioning WP database backup plugin? This is a must for every blog?
I suggest you to backup your blog at least once a week, at least once every month!
